Community Garden Greenhouse May 2013
We have reached our target!!
Thanks to all who sent in their plastic bottles, they will be put to good use to complete the greenhouse in the Community Centre.
Thank you to Jay Kelly and Tadgh Monks for collecting the bottles over the last few months.
Community Garden Greenhouse March 2013
We did a count last week and have 289 useable bottles for the greenhouse. Unfortunately some weren’t suitable(about 200). As you can see from the attached photo the base was poured with concrete and the frame and roof have been erected. It’s looking great and ready for the walls to be constructed from the plastic bottles. We now have a goal of another 350 bottles which is a rough estimate. can you please show the boys the picture and thank them sincerely for their hard work sofar and ask them to continue collecting for us!!.
